The Founders of Flippyknows
"Flippyknows is about sharing knowledge. Why knowledge? First, let me tell you a little trivia: Did you know that the word knowledge has no agreed definition up to this day? It is because there are numerous remaining competing theories about this. Some say it's a skill acquired by a person through experience or education, while others say it's the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.
For me knowledge is based on choice.
When I was about 10 years old, I would almost break into tears when my Ninang ask me how my day was. I was scared. It felt like she was gonna get mad at me if I said the wrong thing. But then as I grew older I realized that all I had to do was tell her what I knew, 'I had a great day at school today!', that was what I knew. Unfortunately, I didn't share with her what I knew then. And what I didn't share, she would never know.
Knowledge is an acquired choice. If you choose to learn, then you will learn. If you choose to stay in bed and watch tv all day, then you will most likely be weak and have a big headache at the end of the day. So, it's your choice.
Flippyknows encourages you to choose knowing by sharing."

"For me knowledge is acquired by how a person accepts a situation. Our lives greet situations everyday and it's
up to us on how we deal with it. I choose to get what I need, and move on. I am a widow learner, and I learn by application. I need to get my feet wet first before I jump in the water. I believe that knowledge reaches its full potential when it is applied. Graphic design, video editing, photography, music theory... I learned the basics of all these in approximately 1 year. That's how i work and I apply all these in everything I do today."
